FLAT RATE PRICING
We subscribe to a national pricing service which enables us to provide our clients with NO SURPRISE SERVICE. The service gives the national average to perform a certain repair task. A provided program is used to input our actual material and overhead, and then the prices are compiled into a Flat Rate Pricing book. Therefore, we are able to quote a price for a given job BEFORE the work is done whether the technician is having a good or bad day. Hence...NO SURPRISES.

After the plumber determines what corrective action is required, both you and the plumber will consult the Flat Rate Pricing book and select the steps to solve your problem. You will know exactly how much the work will cost, and not some "seat of the pants" price. Seniors and discounted prices are published. Ask your technician or Customer Service Representative on how you can get discounted pricing.


SERVICE ARGREEMENTS
As a Service Agreement Client, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Receive scheduling priority
  • Annual Plumbing Safety Inspection

    We will contact you to schedule a plumbing safety and operational inspection at no additional charge. This inspection will inform you of any items which may need attention to maintain your plumbing systems in proper working order to protect your property, health, and safety.

  • Minor repairs / adjustments may be corrected without charge

    You will be informed prior to performing any repairs which may result in additional expense.

  • Savings

    You will receive the "Value Rate" on any services requested, which is approximately 15% discount off our standard rate!!!
